What The Position is About:

• Lead all business operations for three company locations across Florida (including sales, production, office, and customer service)
• Oversee the management team, including the Regional Sales Director, Regional COO, and VP of Operations
• Streamline and improve company processes while maintaining growth
• Drive revenue growth and EBITDA targets
• Manage the P&L, monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
• Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Build strong relationships with employees, customers, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Multi-site sales and installation leadership experience within the home services industry
• P&L ownership
• Experience overseeing annual sales of $50M+
• Proven one-call-close in-home sales process experience
