What We Offer:

The Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated professional to make an immediate impact on our Property Management division working out of our San Antonio and New Braunfels offices. As a Texas Regional Property Manager, you play the critical role of managing multiple residential portfolios, leading and motivating a growing team, and ensuring a white-glove customer service approach is consistently provided to our investors. You’re a results driven, hands-on manager with excellent problem-solving skills, not afraid to tackle challenges head on. You believe in a servant leadership philosophy and go the extra mile to ensure the success of your team and clients. This role will collaborate with other Regional Property Managers to identify pain points and streamline processes and procedures within the Property Management division. What You'll Do
- Oversee Texas residential portfolios
- Successfully meet monthly, quarterly and annual performance goals for each portfolio
- Provide consistent mentorship, training and guidance to Property Managers and team members
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with each Property Manager to discuss the performance of their assigned portfolios
- Visit each office monthly to audit and train on office processes – adopt a “train the manager” approach
- Host monthly meetings with Property Manager(s)
- Become an expert in state, county and city housing laws for Texas
- Audit property management software (AppFolio) monthly and address findings with Property Managers
- Delegate to Property Managers, manage time wisely, problem solve, act with integrity and use sound judgement
- Oversee and mange growth of the portfolios
- Assist in maintaining positive online review presence
- Review, develop and document new processes for efficiencies within Property Management division
- Uphold and reinforce company core values and vision
- Handle any escalated client communications
What Qualifies You
- Texas real estate license
- Minimum 5+ years as a successful Property Manager, Regional Property Management experience is a plus
- Single-family residential experience is highly preferred
- Experience managing a team of 5+
- Experience utilizing Property Management software – AppFolio experience is highly preferred
- Solid proficiency with Excel
What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Experience with CRM software, SuiteCRM is a plus
- Quick learner with a passion for real estate
- Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently
