About the Role:

Haven Home Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Regional Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our expanding behavioral health team. This full-time RN role provides in-home psychiatric nursing care across the Naples to Sarasota region.

We offer a manageable caseload with realistic productivity expectations that account for drive time. Our supportive team environment and streamlined EMR system (Kinnser) allow you to focus on what matters most — quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home psychiatric nursing services to adult and geriatric patients


• Assess, monitor, and manage mental health conditions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams


• Educate patients and caregivers on medication management, coping strategies, and treatment plans


• Document care using Kinnser EMR accurately and efficiently


• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida


• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience
  (Home health experience preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate)


• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region


• Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting
