Description
The Regional Relocation and Referral Coordinator role is primarily focused on collaborating with the Director of Referral and Relocation to act as the main liaison between agents, referring brokers, and other referral sources. This position ensures compliance with Anywhere Leads/Cartus Network requirements to maintain Principal Broker Status while overseeing a variety of tasks associated with referrals, inventory properties, and Schmidt Referral Network functions. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and maintaining compliance across multiple facets of the relocation and referral process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordination of Referrals:
- Assign and monitor referrals to ensure seamless collaboration between agents, offices, and clients.
- Regularly assess and update the status of incoming and outgoing referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and proper adjustments as necessary.
- Monitor eRelocation platform for timely updates and ensure accuracy in portals for all referral sources as required.
- Provide Director Relocation & Referral Svc. and office managers with quarterly and annual reports.
- Work with the Darwin Cloud, ASC, and Regional Commission Specialist to ensure timely referral commission processing.
- Participate in team huddles and ALN meetings for your region.
- Provide short-term coverage for referral placement in other regions as needed.
- Develop and maintain social media groups to promote OGRs and AGRs with agents in your region.
- Review annual reports with office managers in your region to determine teams for the coming year.
- Weekend monitoring for time sensitive referrals.
- Miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Director of Relocation & Referral Services.
Requirements

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Marketing, preferred.
2–5 years experience in Real estate referral coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite software.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
