**Description**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Manages equipment rental operations for Southwest Texas region including the cities and surrounding areas of Brownsville, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, TX by meeting the equipment rental needs of the construction industry, contractors, and industrial companies.
* Collaborates with Director of Rentals to develop and implement market objectives for regional area.
* Ensures site locations within assigned area operate effectively and efficiently
* Works with Territory Sales Representatives and Operations to meet or exceed Business Plan Forecasts through equipment utilization and market expansion.
* Provides input that helps direct market development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing policies which are integral to successful market penetration.
* Analyze and report market trends, customer opportunities and sales forecasts.
* Works with Territory Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets for assigned area
**Education, Skills and Requirements:**
* 7-10 years of successful business management experience, including previous branch or territory management, in the construction equipment rental industry
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient skills required in solid problem solving, planning, organization, time management and analysis
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Construction Management or related field preferred.
* A proven track record of sales and customer service/retention experience
* Coaching/mentoring experience with Sales Representatives
* Ability to drive revenue growth
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Extensive knowledge of Heavy Construction Equipment
* Proficient in Wynne System and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
