Job Description - Regional Restaurant and Bar Manager

This position will be responsible for the oversite and operations of multiple restaurant locations in the Kansas region. This will include overseeing the operational performance and financial growth for each location while delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide knowledge, mentoring and leadership to team members.

Recruit, hire and train general and assistant managers.

Ensure exceptional customer service and quality with regular site visits.

Oversee financials in relation to sales forecast, labor, and food expenses.

Review P&L for all locations and identify potential issues.

Establish processes and procedures for scheduling and inventory.

Implement programs and manage the operations as required to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Monitor and direct teams with maintenance, repair, and sanitation of equipment.

Expectations:

Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the brand.

Provide input in developing strategies to support brand goals and objectives

Develop and build a team atmosphere among staff

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints

Job Requirements:

Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays as needed

Ability to work well with others

Experience in cash handling and credit cards

Customer service abilities

Experience with bartending and drink menu creation and maintenance

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing, and speaking.
