About This Job

properties in Hilton Head & Edisto SC. This position will closely monitor the performance of vacation homes and implement pricing recommendations as needed. The ideal applicant will have an analytical mindset and be able to communicate high level ideas to both RM leaders and local operations employees.

Essential Job Functions

• Review rental performance for a portfolio of properties.


• Setup long-range revenue strategies based on historical data and execute against real-time market conditions.


• Monitor trends in reservations, occupancy, rates, fees & overall revenue to identify problems and opportunities, initiate appropriate actions, measure results and quickly pivot to ensure revenue maximization for all homes.


• Communicate daily with both corporate and field employees alike.


• Present performance data to operations teams in the market.


• Modify model-predicted rates using real world understanding of demand patterns. 


• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with the success of our business.


• Always learn, always teach.


• Other duties, as assigned.

Skills + Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down technical ideas/topics.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in an ever-changing environment.


• Attention to detail


• Advanced proficiency in Excel


• Intermediate Tableau or other BI visualization tools


• Intermediate SQL preferred

Compensation

• $68600 - $89200 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Physical Demands
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
