Are you a DOT safety expert ready to take the wheel in a high-impact role? TCI is looking for a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our dynamic transportation network. 

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Deliver engaging onboarding + ongoing safety training

Investigate accidents & injuries (and get hands-on with ride-alongs)

Participate in compliance audits & DQ file oversight

Partner with operations to build a proactive safety culture

Analyze safety data, scorecards, and driver behavior to drive results

Ensure emergency plans, facility assessments, shop inspections, and safety goals are on point

🧠 What You Bring:

Deep knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, PHMSA, EPA regs

Experience leading safety programs in transportation or logistics

Strong communication and coaching skills—you know how to rally a team

Attention to detail meets big-picture thinking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & safety tracking software
