Job Description - Regional Sales & Tinnitus Manager


A well-established, privately owned audiology organization in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Regional Sales & Tinnitus Manager to drive performance, coach providers, and enhance the patient experience across multiple locations.


About the Organization
This well-established hearing healthcare group has been serving Ohio communities since 1985 and is continuing to expand its footprint. The company currently operates 11 locations, primarily in the greater Cincinnati and Dayton regions.


Position Overview  
The Regional Sales & Tinnitus Manager will work from one primary office while overseeing sales performance, provider coaching, and operational consistency across all locations. The role is ideal for someone who excels in developing talent, refining sales techniques, and supporting clinics in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities  
  • Oversee sales performance across a multi-location audiology organization.  
  • Coach, mentor, and train Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists on sales, communication, and patient engagement strategies.  
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of new providers.  
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen and expand tinnitus services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set goals, track KPIs, and assess clinic performance.  
  • Travel between offices throughout Ohio to provide hands-on support.


Qualifications  
  • 3+ years of experience in hearing healthcare, audiology sales, or healthcare practice leadership.  
  • Strong understanding of retail-based audiology operations and sales processes.  
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and influence clinical providers.
  • Experience or a strong interest in tinnitus management preferred.  
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and performance-analysis skills.  
  • Ability and willingness to travel to regional clinic locations.  


Compensation & Benefits  
  • Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
