As a Regional Coordinator, you are an integral part of our planning & guidance team and will provide assistance to our Retirement planners and broader management/leadership team.
The **Expertise** Were Looking For
* Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
* Knowledge of the Tax-Exempt Market
* Exposure to a lead management system
The **Purpose** of Your Role
As a Regional Coordinator, you will be a part of a national team of highly motivated and sales focused individuals, in a fast-paced environment. The Regional Coordinator will operational and administrative support to our inside Tax Exempt Sales Team, the Director and Vice President.

* Management of leads, as well as distribution of leads and reassignment via a lead management system
* Ongoing maintenance of various customer correspondences
* Partnership with other Regional Coordinators as well as Directors on an ongoing basis
* Support of the Central Reservation System (CRS)
* Ordering of office supplies, marketing literature and business cards when needed
How Your Work **Impacts** the Organization
The Regional Coordinators support our Retirement Planners and leadership team by onboarding new hires, supporting current team members and going helping to coordinate multiple activities. They constantly work with team members and internal business partners to provide the needed support so the end task can be accomplished. The Regional Coordinator is an integral part of the planning and guidance team so tasks are completed in an efficient and responsible manner.
As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be part of a national team of highly motivated and sales focused individuals, in a fast-paced environment. Fidelity Investments, Personal & Workplace Investing's Tax-Exempt Market (TEM) sells and services retirement plans for the non-profit and government market.
