Job Description - Regional Sales Director

We are one of the fastest growing insurance brokers in the region and are currently searching for Sales Leader to join our team in the Greater Boston Area
Responsibilities
Leading a sales team members to achieve sales targets
Monitor and analyze performance metrics by utilizing SMS and suggest improvements
Prepare sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Liaise with Marketing Departments to ensure brand consistency
Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff. Identify new producer candidates, integrate them into our system and process
Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
Qualification
Proven work experience as a sales manager or director
10 plus years in sales
Experience managing a high performance sales team
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Strong communication and team management skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
