Regional Sales Director, Majors - Southeast Georgia Sales

Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for:

Building a strong team culture while driving success from your team

Leading, growing and managing the team to maximum potential

Helping coach and increase sales excellence, specifically focused on sales to strategic, large organizations, and lead from the front

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

7+ years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field

Desire to be a change-agent in the organization; industrialize processes that scale

Ability to "control the room" with C level customer executives

Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and build trust with customers and to build influential relationships with partners in the business, including Finance, Legal, HR, Inside Sales, Channel Partners and R&D

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization

Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience

Experience with multiple routes to market through a broad network of channel partners
