Job Description - Regional Sales Manager

About the Position


The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading multiple Community Sales Supervisors and their teams across assigned markets to achieve Omni Fiber's residential growth objectives. This individual will design, implement, and monitor regional sales strategies focused on door-to-door and community-based engagement. The Manager will serve as a bridge between the Director of Sales and field leadership-ensuring alignment of performance expectations, coaching standards, and market expansion goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Leadership & Oversight: Manage and develop multiple Community Sales Supervisors and their sales teams to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Strategic Execution: Develop regional go-to-market plans, including territory prioritization, sales activation strategies, and performance management systems.

  • Performance Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Conduct performance reviews with Supervisors, providing actionable coaching and accountability structures.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to optimize lead generation, community engagement, and customer onboarding processes.

  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Supervisors; support the creation of leadership development pathways within the sales organization.

  • Market Analysis: Evaluate new and existing market penetration data to identify growth opportunities and ensure sales tactics align with regional goals.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline management, and progress reports to the Director of Sales.

  • Culture & Compliance: Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork in alignment with Omni Fiber's mission and values. Ensure compliance with all company policies and equal employment opportunity standards.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in door-to-door or field sales management (telecommunications industry strongly preferred)

  • Proven success managing multi-location or multi-team environments

  • Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities

  • Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50–75% as required
