Regional Sales Manager — Business Development

Action Group Staffing is a growing regional staffing firm with seven offices across Oklahoma, Texas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. With an expanding presence in DFW, we’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across the market.

This is a newly created, sales-first role for an entrepreneurial business developer who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close business.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Own new business development across the DFW territory, from prospecting and cold outreach through close

  
  


• 
  

  Build and manage your own book of business, partnering with the branch recruiting team to deliver for your clients

  
  


• 
  

  Sell across multiple service lines, including light industrial, warehouse and distribution, administrative, skilled trades, hospitality, government and education, medical, and direct hire

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and pursue new verticals and market opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field and 20% working from the Duncanville branch

  
  


• 
  

  Partner closely with local and regional leadership to grow the DFW market

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Proven success in staffing sales or B2B services sales; staffing agency experience strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  A true hunter who generates their own pipeline and enjoys winning new business

  Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to pursue opportunities beyond familiar industries or service lines

  
  


• 
  

  Warm, credible communication style and ability to build trust with prospects

  An existing portable book of business is a significant plus

  
  

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission tied to gross margin.

Top producers within the organization can earn $300K+ annually. For candidates bringing substantial portable revenue, compensation can be negotiated well beyond the standard plan.
