The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a team of HCM sales professionals. You'll drive regional revenue growth, develop sales talent, strengthen referral partnerships, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.

What You'll Do
Coach and develop sales professionals to achieve their goals.
Drive regional sales strategy, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.
Support prospecting, sales meetings, and complex deal closures.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
Build strategic partnerships and expand market opportunities.
Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience in HCM, payroll, HR technology, or a related industry.
Proven sales leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and consultative sales experience.
A hands-on leadership style and passion for helping others succeed.
