Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through various sales techniques.
Showcase the features and benefits of our pergolas to clients.
Understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the outdoor living or home improvement industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Preference for HubSpot
Passion for outdoor living and knowledge of pergolas is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in sales or customer service is required.

Sales team members make a commission on their personal sales as determined by their adherence to the established sales cycle. Leads are provided, but bringing in additional outside business is highly desirable as well.
