Job Description - Regional Sales Manager

## Auto Dealership Software Sales Experience Required - DMS, CRM, WEB ##
FrogData div. of izmocars (www.izmocars.com / www.frogdata.com) is a leading provider of automotive business solutions, with operations around the world, providing a suite of products and services for auto dealers including website and digital marketing, reputation management, and data analytics platforms. We are expanding rapidly and looking for highly motivated, dynamic, and driven Inside Sales professionals to join our growing team.
We are looking for Regional Sales Managers who will be responsible for business development and sales in their territories. Experience with large auto dealer groups is a must.

Job Description and Experience
The RSM will explore new business opportunities for our Digital Retail Platform & FixedOps Solutions within automotive dealership, dealer groups and OEMs. This position requires broad knowledge of the automotive industry, and the candidate must have good relationships with Dealer Principals and Management teams of mid-sized to large dealer groups.

The main job responsibilities are:

Drive the business development process from initial inquiry to close of sale
Identify key contacts within prospective clients and create and maintain relationships with them
Build strong customer relationships with customers to facilitate cross selling of complementary solutions
Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to create a custom proposal and present the solution to the client
Create, lead and manage client presentations
Build and maintain business pipeline
Create annual and quarterly sales forecast and submit management reports as required

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
You must possess a BS degree and any additional degree will be a plus
You must have 5 - 7 year’s experience in Sales & Business Development in automotive retails, specifically to automotive dealerships
Proven track record of selling to auto dealerships
Good contacts with large dealer groups
Experience in selling business solutions preferably Web, CRM & DMS systems
Ability to Cold Call and create sales opportunities within prospect base
Excellent presentation skills
