Eaton\u2019s FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Beverage Filtration for our Southern US territory. This role will travel throughout the Southern states, and internationally into Central America as needed. Travel on this role is quoted between 50-75% at peak times. Role is remote when not traveling. \n\nThe compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a base compensation range of $103,000 - $151,000. This role will have an additional annual sales performance incentive atop base. \n\nBase salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Regional Sales Manager, Life Sciences \u2013 Food \u0026 Beverage (South US) is responsible for driving profitable growth of Eaton\u2019s filtration solutions across Food \u0026 Beverage customers within the Southern United States. This role develops and executes regional sales strategies, manages key customer and channel partner relationships, and identifies new business opportunities aligned with Eaton\u2019s Life Sciences growth objectives. The position operates remotely with significant travel and plays a critical role in expanding Eaton\u2019s market presence in North America.\n\n \nIn this role you will:\n\n\u2022 Travel throughout the Southern US territory, and Central America, to visit and obtain new clients aligned with Eaton\u0027s Food \u0026 Beverage market\n\n\u2022 Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth within the assigned Food \u0026 Beverage territory \n\u2022 Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with Eaton\u2019s Life Sciences strategy \n\u2022 Manage relationships with end users, distributors, and sales representatives \n\u2022 Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Food \u0026 Beverage applications \n\u2022 Provide technical and application support to customers in collaboration with internal specialists \n\u2022 Prepare customer presentations, quotations, and proposals; negotiate within pricing guidelines \n\u2022 Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and market dynamics; share insights with leadership \n\u2022 Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer records in CRM \n\u2022 Collaborate cross\u2011functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service \n\u2022 Represent Eaton at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Review, approve, monitor, and report compliance to category agreements and strategies based upon Eaton SCM strategic directions\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution\n\n\u2022 Minimum three (3) years\u0027 of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles in food and beverage industry, or liquid filtration industry \n\n\u2022 Must have a valid driver\u2019s license with no restrictions\n\n\u2022 Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship\n\n\u2022 Candidate must reside within the Southern United States territory: AZ, NM, OK, TX, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, NC, SC, FL, and GA. \n\n\u2022 Candidate must reside within 50 miles of a major airport\n\nPreferred:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline from an accredited institution\n\n\u2022 Experience selling industrial or process solutions to Food \u0026 Beverage customers\n\n\u2022 Residency within cities of Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta preferred\n\n## Position Criteria:\n\n\u2022 Ability to travel regionally, and internationally, at 50-75% of the time\n\n\u2022 Understanding of industrial filtration, process equipment, or engineered solutions \n\u2022 Ability to engage in technical discussions with customers and translate needs into solutions\n\n\u2022 Experience managing or selling through distributors and manufacturer\u2019s representatives \n\u2022 Background in Food \u0026 Beverage, Life Sciences, or regulated industrial markets \n\u2022 Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization \n\u2022 Strong negotiation, forecasting, and CRM discipline \n\u2022 Proven ability to operate independently in a remote sales role\n\n#LI-CD1\n\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
