Regional Sales Manager for First Responders: CA, NV, AZ Location:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across California, Nevada, and Arizona. Key Responsibilities: Generate new revenue by targeting fire departments, fire training institutions, and related first responder entities. Identify potential target end-users, prioritize accounts, and develop strategies for optimal results through both direct and indirect sales channels. Build and maintain a robust distributor network aligned with our company's goals and values to enhance sales and profitability. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and their sales and marketing tactics, and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders. Develop and implement an annual sales plan, applying effective time and territory management techniques to maximize productivity. Adhere to all company import and export compliance policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of four years' experience in sales, specifically calling on fire service and first responder clients (federal, state, municipal, and private fire services). Proven track record of success in selling personal protection equipment to fire departments. Strong understanding of the first responder market and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Ability to consistently lift 70# boxes out of a truck, demonstrating physical readiness for the role. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000, plus an uncapped commission structure with Total earnings of $125,000 plus.
