Regional Sales Manager - Mid Atlantic Wound Care

We are working with a leading full service provider of tissue sold to wound care centers, physician offices and hospitals and they are building out their direct sales force. The regional managers will be tasked with managing distribution partners and building direct sales reps in region. The experienced wound Care RSM will still have access in the field and be able to leverage a few wins while building their team. Company has been growing exponentially and has built a very good collaborative culture. The successful RSM will be able to build a collaborative culture as they integrate direct reps into their region and partner with their independents.

Sourcing Targets: Any direct Wound Care company or Skin Graft Supplier

Base Salary: $150,000.00

Total Comp @ Plan: $290,000.00 TO $310,000.00

Compensation: Base plus six month guar, plus all expenses and benefits plus equity

Base City: Baltimore, Charlotte- Atlanta

Base State: GA,MD,NC,SC

Geography Covered: DC,GA,MD,NC,SC,VA

Travel Requirements: 60%

Car Allowance: Yes ($600 plus mileage)

• 3 years sales management experience in wound care or surgical foot and ankle.
• Experience managing both direct and independents
• Wound care or foot and ankle sales/management experience.
• Working knowledge of Medicare payor guidelines.
• Education: College Degree -- 4 Yrs
• Currently live and work in Baltimore, Charlotte or Atlanta - RELOCATION NOT ON THE TABLE
• Able to travel 60% of the time
