We have been engaged by a Global Leader in packaging and processing equipment to help them find a

Regional Sales Manager for The West coast preferably Southern California

The company to this day family owned and operated by the 5 th generation of the family and has been since the 1800's, making it truly unique in the Industry. opportunity for candidates.

You will be responsible for covering the entire territory and selling the complete line of machinery and consumables to mainly food and beverage accounts. You will actively find and follow up on your own leads and follow through with customers and projects. There is room for growth and advancement within and the role pays higher than average commissions of 2-6% uncapped. You will get splits on any key accounts in your territory as well as pay on machinery and consumables. Additionally, you will be provided with a company car, credit card, laptop, and phone. This company also has additional incentives for things like opening a new account you get $500 etc...

The territory is under-performing due to a candidate relocating and taking on a different territory in the same company however he just made an extra 7,000 from a sale on the west coast last month. Most sales people are making over 300k within a couple of years of mining a territory. We are looking for someone great at Business development who isn't afraid to get in front of the customers!

You will be supported by a leader whose belief system is that she works for you! She is there to help you to be as successful as possible.

To be considered:
Background in process or packaging equipment- vision, track and trace, inspection, printing, labels, and weigh systems preferred.
Reside on West Coast - Southern California
Travel as needed thru territory 50-60%
