Regional Manager of

Food Service - West

PATH is on a mission to make the future sustainable as the go-to bottled water that helps everyone break the addiction to single-use plastic bottled water. We’re growing this revolution everyday, as global consumer demands skyrocket for sustainable and reusable choices in bottled water packaging.

The Role

The Regional Manager of Food Service - West, will help develop and lead all execution and build out PATH’s Foodservice strategy that is in line with annual and long-range business plans, revenue objectives and profitability goals.

Reporting to the Director of Food Service - West, they will oversee and aggressively expand distribution within the West. The ideal candidate is a ‘builder’ who has deep experience in the channel but can act like an entrepreneur to build a new brand.

You must be able to work in a very fast-paced growing environment and seek out new business opportunities that currently do not exist in the channel.

The Regional Manager of Food Service - West

must be able to interact across organizational levels including senior level personnel, buyers, decision makers,

and internal cross functional partners.

REPORTS TO: Director of Foodservice - West
COMPENSATION: $95,000 - $115,000 base salary + bonus
LOCATION: Must reside in California

Responsibilities:

Manage current Travel Concessionaires , Hospitality, Restaurant, Healthcare, Education, College and University accounts within the

West.
Partner with Distributor Representatives and Key Account Managers to gain incremental volume and win new business.
Present proposals for exclusivity contract agreements and sponsorship opportunities.
Manage a portfolio of custom SKUs (Stock Keeping Units.
Analyze inventory reports vs. actual sales.
Act as a proactive business consultant to new and existing customers.
Conduct business reviews with new and existing customers to align on volume requirements and funding expectations.

Qualifications:

Deeply passionate about PATH and inspired by what we represent. Has the desire and hunger to make an impact.
5 -10 + years’ Foodservice Channel sales experience.
Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment.
Foodservice channel experience with Broadliner partners including Sysco, US Foods, PFG, GFS.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, verbal/written communication, work organization, influence management.
An expert in the sales processes for the Foodservice Channel.
Must be a self-starter that takes initiative and owns channel performance.

Can work independently with a high degree of hustle.

Entrepreneurial, takes action, and owns results.
Able to develop strong partnerships and drive performance with distributor sales representatives.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiar with SalesForce CRM is a plus.

We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. While the range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, the final offer amount will depend on the factors listed above.
