CDI custom curb adapters looking to fill the position of Regional Sales Representative (RSR), preferably located in Kansas City, MO area. 


Who we are: CDI is the nation’s fastest curb manufacturer in the HVAC industry. We have manufacturing facilities located in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Dallas, Seattle, Charlotte, and Phoenix. CDI leads the curb adapter industry with the fastest lead times & the most curbs manufactured annually.

You’ll be the face of CDI in your region—building, strengthening, and energizing customer relationships, all while ensuring your plant’s revenue targets are not just met, but exceeded. This isn’t your average desk job: you'll be out in the field, on rooftops, and always on the move. It’s dynamic, rewarding, and fun.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive your assigned plant’s sales revenue (daily, weekly, monthly targets)
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and open new doors with prospective customers
  • Travel frequently within your region to meet with customers
  • Build quotes, place orders, complete measures, and make site visits with confidence
  • Respond quickly to customer needs
  • Contribute ideas, strategies, and wins with your peers
  • Track progress, collaborate with the National Sales Rep on high-value accounts, and keep the momentum going
  • Be present, and bring your energy, at sales and plant meeting
  • Manage Regional Accounts (up to $1M)
  • Ownership of a specified plant revenue goals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Strong Social Media presence

Requirements

  What you bring to the table

  • Live within the Kansas City Metro area
  • 5 year experience within the HVAC industry
  • Embraces and promotes CDI values – FAST, FUN, EASY
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary Description

$100,000-$125,000 per year
