The Regional Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring vehicle readiness and service execution across assigned regions. This role partners closely with Operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate maintenance, reconditioning, and body services while maintaining accurate system documentation and driving service grid compliance.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Remote
Pay: $55-65k per year based on experience
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate vehicle services (maintenance, body work, inspections, reconditioning) to ensure readiness for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within internal systems to ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with on-site teams and regional operations to support customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
- Prepare and distribute customer status reporting.
- Monitor service execution and provide proactive feedback to leadership on service gaps, risks, or failures, including recommended corrective actions.
- Analyze service and readiness reports to identify efficiency opportunities and process improvements.
- Schedule and manage national, regional, and local vendors, optimizing service timing, availability, and on-site capabilities.
- Ensure all completed services are accurately captured and documented within the Service Grid.
- Uphold company policies and client service requirements across all vehicle services.
- Maintain industry and operational knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
- Support additional operational initiatives as assigned.
