The Regional Stormwater Manager position is responsible for leading regional operational efficiencies. This position is also responsible for leading and developing a team of Compliance Field Consultants and Area Supervisors.
Essential Functions
Manage and lead team of Compliance Field Consultants and Area Supervisors in conducting site stormwater and safety evaluations, audits, ride-alongs, etc.
Develop training protocol for stormwater and safety teammates and processes
Coordinate with Area Supervisors to ensure all inspections are scheduled and conducted on time
Responsible for the training and development of Compliance Field Consultants and Area Supervisors
Be the subject matter expert for all stormwater and safety regulations in assigned region with stormwater personnel
Maintain existing client relationships through regular face to face meetings, phone calls, and emails
Grow the business with both new clients and recommend additional services to existing clients
Help cover for personnel when demand exceeds bandwidth or as necessary
Responsible for regional performance tracking and continuous improvement strategy with some expectation of overnight travel
Front line builder communication and training
Assist in developing action plan for improvement and market development
Conduct quality control on Compliance Field Consultants and Area Supervisors, data collection and reports.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent
2-3 years of management experience preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Strong knowledge of NPDES construction stormwater regulations
Strong computer, organizational, writing and communication skills
