Title: Reginal Support Engineer Site Lead
Locations: Fort Liberty, NC and Camp Smith, HI

iGov is seeking experienced Support Site Engineer Lead's to join our USSOCOM team and drive mission success for some of the most demanding Special Operations missions in the world. The Support Engineer may provide onsite support to SOCOM units in the Operations, Intelligence or Tactical domains. Global Support will extend from Tampa, MacDill AFB. This is NOT a stand-alone requirement, but instead an added assignment to an existing position. The responsibilities of the SL are in addition to the requirements for the functional positions proposed.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Role and Responsibilities:
Support PEO SDA, USSOCOM Components, the Theater Special Operation Commands and others as mission dictated by providing personnel management and oversight of the field Support Engineers assigned to your Regional Support Center.
Manage Direct Support to specific units at other locations within assigned Region either temporarily or permanently, as mission requires.
Ability to develop processes and techniques which improve the mission planning environment and decreases the workload for other mission planning support Contractors.
Detailed working knowledge of processes and procedures for using automated tools to plan, support, and execute Special Operations roles for mission planning.

Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership and management experience managing on-site, off-site, and remote employees.
In-depth knowledge of the Unified Command structure, joint doctrine, and joint policies.
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
Ability to communicate issues and solutions to various stakeholders.
Excellent writing communication and reporting skills.

Educational Requirements:
Active Top-Secret Clearance/ Eligible for SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Clearance Statement:
Applicants selected for this position may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The optimal candidate shall possess an active Top-Secret Clearance/ Eligible for SCI Clearance
Travel : Travel up to 50% of the time will be required.
