Regional Surgery Center Administrator – Multi-Site Leadership

Avant Tech is seeking a Regional Surgery Center Administrator to oversee the operations of multiple gastroenterology-focused Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Tennessee and Mississippi. This role requires a dynamic leader with a track record in ASC or hospital surgical services leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple ASC sites
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and purchasing to meet financial goals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders
• Direct quality improvement and patient care initiatives

• Drive growth through strategic planning and marketing efforts
  

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years in ASC or hospital surgical services leadership (multi-site experience a plus)
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• GI specialty experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• RN license (optional)
