What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, hands-on training (classroom, field, and virtual)
• Guide technicians through everything from Broadband Installation to Business Class Services and Safety
• Lead by example—coaching, mentoring, and role modeling Vyve’s values
• Track progress, give feedback, and make sure training translates to real-world performance
• Collaborate with our Curriculum Development team as a Subject Matter Expert in Fiber
• Help shape projects, task forces, and new initiatives that keep Vyve moving forward

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years working with Hybrid Fiber Coax and Fiber Optics
• Prior experience delivering technical training to adult learners (classroom, field, and/or virtual)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging 
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• SCTE or NCTI certifications strongly preferred.
