Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional Directors, Branch Managers, and operational teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
• Oversee full regional P&L, driving revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement
• Support business development efforts, pricing strategies, and client presentations
• Maintain executive relationships with key clients and represent the company in industry associations
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Execute regional strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals and support M&A activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8–12+ years of progressive operational leadership experience with multi-location management
• Strong operational and financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience in security services or related industry preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Combination of office and field-based work with regular regional travel (30–50%)
• Ability to visit client sites in various environments and work prolonged periods at a desk
