About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Customer Success to lead the Customer Success team for its Segment product. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, adoption, growth, and value realization of the company's customers. This role involves driving performance metrics, leading a team of high-touch Customer Success Managers, and fostering a culture of learning and skill development. The Regional VP will also be accountable for strong internal collaboration with various teams, including Renewals, Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Value Engineering, to deliver excellent product adoption, customer health, and revenue growth. The focus is on Enterprise customers, requiring a leader with a strong track record in B2B SaaS, particularly with large, complex, and politically dynamic companies.Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, with at least 3 years in leadership roles in B2B SaaS working with large Enterprises, and 4+ years of experience in Customer Success. The role demands an individual with an exceptional development track record, experience in collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional change. Strong performance across a broad spectrum of customers, from growth to enterprise accounts, is essential. Desired qualifications include experience in supporting products that appeal to multiple buyer personas. The Regional VP will be expected to engage with customers as an executive sponsor for key accounts, champion the team's activities, and drive the company's growth and adoption strategy.
