About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in driving the company's growth and adding new, satisfied customers. The successful candidate will be a proven, tactical, and strategic sales leader with a background in Enterprise SaaS software sales and at least 3-5 years' of sales management experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of experienced Account Executives, actively participating in the sales cycle, promoting a collaborative and results-driven sales culture, and ensuring the team is aligned with company objectives. The RVP will also be expected to assess and improve the team's processes, conduct forecast meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' of Enterprise SaaS software sales experience, knowledge of data, analytics, or marketing technology platforms, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. Experience in selling to C-Suite executives and working in a highly matrixed environment is essential. The role requires the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and balance multiple work streams.
