Job Description - Regional Vice President of Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Regional Vice President to take charge of our Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP). Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Region President, you will assume responsibility for overseeing general management functions in the SSMG/FP Region. This includes leading site operations, nurturing customer relationships, improving operational processes, and cultivating a thriving workforce culture.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

10+ years of experience spanning the entire produce cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

Collaborate with the Region President to align with the Annual Operating Plan, manage resources efficiently, and contribute to achieving operational objectives.

Enhancing Customer Centricity

Develop strategies, recognize market trends, and support sales efforts to boost market share and elevate customer satisfaction levels.

Region/Site Level Operational Oversight

Ensure operational effectiveness, food quality, safety, and organizational coherence across all region sites.

Assortment Merchandising

Optimize product assortment and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness in the market.

Manufacturing Oversight

Implement and supervise manufacturing processes to uphold high quality and efficiency standards.

Communication And Reporting

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational progress and key performance indicators.

Talent Development

Mentor and guide associates for improved performance and career progression, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
