️ As the
Regional Vice President,
Operations , you will supervise and develop program directors and regional administrators; providing the resources needed to ensure the success of our schools and programs to include the consistent safety and security of all students and staff. ‖ Responsibilities Include: Executing division, region, and school goals by leading initiatives, meeting deadlines, coordinating resources, and providing accountability. Providing leadership and management as required for both strategic shifts in the business as well as day-to- day challenges. Ensuring regular, effective, and professional relationships are established and maintained with executive and board level district personnel so that the needs of internal and external stakeholders are met. Providing training and leadership to program directors and regional administrators for their personal involvement in developing relationships with key district personnel and the community in order to market, enhance company the image and services; and appropriately support and increase ongoing enrollment and/or maximize program utilization. Meeting financial objectives of the region by providing oversight, guidance, consultation and review of each location’s financial plans, budgets, and major expenditures. Training and developing program directors and regional administrators in techniques to meet and exceed their budgets. Ensuring compliance to fiscal business plan by reviewing monthly financial summaries of assigned region to project, identify and correct operational budget variances. Developing, monitoring, and acting upon key performance indicators to ensure successful financial performance. Assuring fidelity of data and relevant reporting to district customers and implementation of school action plans based on results from data metrics. Leading the development of new start-up programs within the region. Overseeing the on-site support, guidance, and training for new start-up programs to assure successful integration into Spectrum culture and methods of operation. Developing management and organizational plans for the assigned region, working directly with the program director and regional administrators to formulate annual operating plans and activities consistent with the protection and growth of current business, customer service and other Spectrum goals and objectives. Functioning as liaison between field leadership and Chancelight offices. Assures communication to the field, regarding all Chancelight directives, company policies, plans, goals, and special instructions as directed. Coordinating the successful implementation of strategies with other Chancelight departments including IT, Facilities, Finance, Business Development, and others as required. Works closely with the department of Human Resources and Recruitment in developing talent acquisition and management plans including staffing, succession planning, performance reviews, and personal development plans for staff. Provides guidance, oversight and support in school personnel issues as required. Ensuring schools’ adherence to certification and accreditation standards, along with required accreditation approval/renewal process, by directing the formulation and implementation of required administrative policies and procedures. Utilizes the Integrity Assurance Review (IAR) and Accountability Matrix to monitor programmatic and operational compliance with Chancelight’s quality assurance standards, assures deficiency corrections via school/program improvement plans, and conducts site visits regularly to assure on-going compliance. Providing leadership and serving as a resource for program directors and regional administrators regarding operational issues, emergency communication and crisis planning. Working with the Senior Vice President, Operations to assist with the development and execution of divisional and company goals and objectives and participates in division strategic planning activities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with related organizations, governmental agencies, and other professional organizations to coordinate and enhance administrative and educational services. Performing other duties as assigned. This position operates with oversight and guidance from the Senior Vice President, Operations in carrying out the essential duties and responsibilities to provide overall leadership, quality assurance, managerial and administrative support for Spectrum Center Schools within assigned region. ‖ Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree or higher in education or related field required. Masters degree or higher in education leadership or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years' prior experience overseeing multi-site schools and/or nonpublic/private program. Minimum 7 years' prior progressive management experience in school administration. Meet state teacher licensing and/or certification requirements. Meet school administrator/principal licensing and/or certification requirements. Special education certification. Strong knowledge and understanding of state and/or national curriculum, instruction and content standards. Education Required Bachelors or better in Education or related field.
