Registered Architect

What Youll Do
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Prepare & seal drawings for permitting
- Work on public facilities, industrial plants, and large-scale projects
- Collaborate with P.E.s and consultants
- Meet clients, present ideas, and conduct site visits
- Mentor junior staff

What Were Looking For
- Active RA license in Georgia (NCARB Certificate preferred)
- 510 years of professional experience
- Strong design + technical skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe)
- Solid knowledge of codes (IBC, ADA, zoning)
- Great communicator and team player

Nice to Have
- Experience with public or industrial projects
- LEED AP or other sustainability credentials
- Bilingual (English + Korean)
