Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with a school district in the Pittsboro, NC area, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a special education setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other supervising clinician.
• Collect data on student behaviors during sessions.
• Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency and progress.

Requirements:

• State licensure and certifications (Please specify exact requirements).
• Preferred minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
