Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Keller, TX Area

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time positions within school districts in the Keller, TX area. We are conducting interviews to add dedicated professionals to our team who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of students.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Compliance with all local and state requirements for employment
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and other screenings as required by the school district

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support and instruction to students with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on student progress towards goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure consistency in implementing behavior support strategies
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
