Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver one-on-one therapy to clients according to their individualized behavior plans.

· Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce concerning behaviors.

· Implement behavior intervention strategies, including reinforcement and behavior modification techniques.

· Collect and record data on client behavior and progress according to behavior plans.

· Work collaboratively with BCBA, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of therapy.

· Under the supervision of a BCBA, educate and support clients and caregivers by providing guidance on behavior management techniques and therapy goals

· Assist with the creation and modification of individualized behavior plans under the supervision of the BCBA.

 · Ongoing maintenance of certification through continuing education and adherence to BACB's renewal requirements is required. 

Employment Options:

· Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

· Must be at least 18 years old

· High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience:

· RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing complete and pass a background check, a 40-hour training program, RBT Competency Assessment, and board examination. Approval paperwork must be submitted to the BACB within 30 days of hire. Your training time will be paid if you don't already hold an RBT certification. 

· Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field is preferred.

· Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques and data collection methods is preferred.

Certificates or Licenses:

· Possession of valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

· Proof of auto liability insurance in accordance with Montana law, and insurability with The Arc Western Montana insurer of record.
