Job Summary
Full time or Part Time. W-2 hourly. Center based. Medicaid Provider number required for this position.
- Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 format.
- Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
- Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans.
- Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client
- Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.
- Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines
- Promptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
- Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
