Registered Behavior Technician - ABA Therapist for Children - Glasgow, KY

Location: Glasgow, KY
Setting: Clinic, in-home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (full-time and part-time available)
Pay: $18-22/hour for direct client contact work, $13/hour for indirect work

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a clinic and/or in-home setting.

• Collect and record data on child behaviors

• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

• Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field

• RBT certification from the BACB

• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs

• Reliable Transportation

• Must have an active CPR Certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
