In this role, you’ll work under senior clinicians to implement individualized behavior plans, report progress, and collaborate on potential modifications. Requirements

Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) or Full-Time (30+ hours per week)

Location: In-person, travel required

Schedule: Evening shifts, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide ABA services in a home-health setting, working with pediatric clients. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and ongoing professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective ABA services to clients
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and families
• Maintain a high level of flexibility and professionalism

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (we cover the full cost, including training and exam)
• Progress towards a master’s degree or BCBA certification is a plus
• 2+ years of ABA experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Reliable transportation and car insurance required
• Must pass a background check
