Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Kaleidoscope Interventions is located in beautiful Brevard County, Florida, on the Space Coast, where we serve families both within our clinic and across the community in collaboration with our sister agency, Puzzle Box Academy. We are currently expanding our Palm Bay, FL location and looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

At Kaleidoscope Interventions, we specialize in evidence-based behavioral, speech, and occupational therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our dedicated team works to enhance the behavioral, social, educational, and daily living skills of children across various settings, including home, school, and community environments. As part of our team, you’ll help individuals develop adaptive skills and create positive changes in their lives through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of the Clinical Director, collaborating with the team to ensure day-to-day classroom tasks align with child treatment plan goals.


• Assist with implementing student treatment plans and group activities, ensuring they support individual development goals.


• Collect data on child progress, assist in graphing, and report on learning and behavioral advancements.


• Observe and document the developmental progress of children, providing feedback to the Clinical Director and other staff.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment, following company policies and child care standards.


• Monitor children for signs of abuse and report any concerns immediately to the appropriate personnel.


• Support the ongoing application of ABA principles to foster the success of each child.


• Contribute to other duties as needed in alignment with the needs of the organization.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the BACB.


• A minimum of six months of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.


• A valid Florida driver’s license.


• Current CPR certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.50 per week
