Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Position:

• Full Time

Compensation:

• Compensation occurs at an hourly rate and is paid when services are rendered
• Employees eligible for bonuses based on the company's profit
• Paid time off is earned at a rate of 0.02 hours per hour worked

Reports to:

• BCBA or Clinical Director

Summary of Position:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical direction of a BCBA
• The RBT will be responsible for skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child
• Our ABA team is highly experienced and is committed to serving children and families with special needs

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by BCBA
• Collect accurate data on a daily basis, completing all data sheets and notes daily
• Follow behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed
• Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches
• Complete all programing requests from BCBAs in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and ensure it looks presentable at all times, this includes cleaning sink area weekly and taking trash out from treatment room
• Adhere to policies and procedures of The Full Spectrum Child
• Assist in providing a safe environment for all clients and staff
• Portray a positive attitude and maintain a customer and co-worker satisfaction level that limits adverse situations or complaints

Requirements

• Must be currently certified as a RBT with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (within 90 days if not currently certified)
• Must currently be CPR certified (within 90 days if not currently certified)
• Obtain and maintain in good standing certification commiserate with treatment provided
• Training and clinical experience in providing applied behavior analysis to children and families
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral
