Pathways ABA Therapy Inc. is growing and actively seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality therapy to our clients while to growing and learning in a team setting.
Pathways ABA Therapy Inc. is a therapist owned and operated ABA company which strives in ensuring the delivery of high quality applied behavior analysis services to children, adolescents, and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-to-one ABA services to clients and their families in home, daycare, and / or school settings.
- Adhering to and appropriately implementing protocols and procedures outlined in the treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
- Work in collaboration with the supervising BCBA, colleagues on the team, and other professionals to support and ensure the client’s success.
- Generate objective and specific session notes.
- Appropriately collect, report, and graph behavior and acquisition data.
- Maintain all required documentation up-to-date and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of the most current RBT Task List and RBT Ethical Guidelines.
- Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in English.
- Proficient skill and use in Microsoft Programs (Ex: Teams, Excel, Word, One drive)
- Team Player Mentality with ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and the client’s family members.
- One or more years of experience working directly in the field of ABA. (*_Preferred But Not Required)*_
- Actively or planning to pursue a career in the field of ABA, psychology, or other related therapeutic field (ex: speech/language therapy, occupational therapy etc.) (*_Preferred But Not Required)*_
General Job Requirements:
- Registered by the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Must be able to travel and arrive in a timely fashion to multiple locations daily.
- Proof of liability coverage
- Ability and access to use technology (computer, scanner, tablet, phone, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25 - $30.00 per hour
