Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children in a supportive, team-focused clinical environment. This role is centered on helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills while working closely with a collaborative care team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members
• Track session data and follow behavior intervention plans
• Bring positive energy, creativity, and compassion to every session
• Celebrate progress and milestones—big and small

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with children in an ABA or clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range

$18 – $28 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
