strong supervision and clear onboarding so you can confidently apply your skills and make a meaningful
impact.
About the Role
As a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one-on-one with children in home
and community settings, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities include:
● Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
● Implementing behavior plans and skill-building programs
● Collecting and documenting session data
● Collaborating with your clinical team

Requirements
● Active RBT certification
● High school diploma
● At least 18 years of age
● Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
