Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fayetteville, NC.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment

• Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation

• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Availability Requirements

Candidates must have availability Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Services and schedules are determined based on client needs, staffing needs, authorizations, cancellations, and operational considerations.

Consistent availability during the listed timeframe is required.

Schedules are generally aligned with operational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• Previous ABA experience required

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong communication and professionalism required

• Must be dependable, patient, and team -oriented

• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs

• Ability to pass required background checks
