Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a daytime in -home ABA therapy opportunity in Suffolk, VA 23434.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services while helping children with autism build communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.

Schedule Requirements:

Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.

Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

• Prior ABA, childcare, education, or child -related experience required

• Active RBT certification preferred but not required

• Must be comfortable providing services in -home

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong communication and professionalism required

• Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
