Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm


• Pay: $21+ per hour (based on experience, certification year, and other education/credentials)


• Location: Blue Jay Academy - 107 S Chandler Ave, DeLand, FL 32724

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Implement individualized behavior intervention plan


• Collect data and document daily progress notes


• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care


• Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention when needed


• Provide services in a school-based setting

What You Bring

• Active RBT certification


• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license


• Experience working with individuals in educational or therapeutic settings


• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
