Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school district near Downingtown, PA. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing support and interventions for students with diverse needs across K-12 grade levels.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support to students with behavioral and social challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Support students in reaching their individualized goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed
• Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives
