One of Central PA's leading behavioral health providers dedicated exclusively to meeting the needs of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join their Early Intervention team. This position is ideal for behavioral health professionals passionate about providing hands-on educational and therapeutic services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our structured early intervention setting
• Collect data on activities & progress and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure each child receives effective behavioral intervention services.

Education, Experience, and Training Requirements for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Required - High School Diploma
• Preferred - Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or other Human Services related field
• Preferred - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification requirements.
• At least 1 year of previous experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other behavioral health disorders is preferred. (therapeutic support staff, paraprofessionals, personal care assistants (PCA), special education teacher's aides, etc.)
